Hamara Promise
Agar campaign start nahi ho paata, aapko full refund diya jaata hai — koi sawaal nahi.
1. Refund Eligible Cases
Aapko refund milega agar:
- Campaign technical issues ki wajah se start hi nahi ho paata
- Galat platform ya service deliver hoti hai (aapke order ke according nahi)
- Payment successful hua lekin order system mein register nahi hua
- Hum apni side se 72 hours mein campaign start karne mein fail ho jaate hain
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund nahi milega agar:
- Campaign already shuru ho chuka hai (views/followers deliver hone lag gaye)
- Aapne galat URL diya jis wajah se delivery nahi hui
- Aapka account private tha jis wajah se promotion kaam nahi kiya
- Platform (YouTube/Instagram/Facebook) ne aapka account suspend kar diya
- Aapne khud account ya content delete kar diya campaign ke dauran
- Mind change ya "mujhe nahi chahiye" — payment ke baad order cancel nahi hota
3. Partial Refund
Kuch cases mein partial refund diya ja sakta hai:
- Agar promised quantity ka sirf kuch hissa deliver hua (e.g., 500 mein se 200 views mile)
- Aise cases mein undelivered portion ka proportional refund diya jaata hai
4. How to Request Refund
Refund request karne ke liye:
- Email karein: alokkmohan@zohomail.in
- Subject: Refund Request — [Order ID]
- Apna Order ID, registered email, aur reason likho
- Hum 48 ghante mein reply karenge
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refund approve hone ke baad Razorpay ke through process hota hai
- Amount same source pe wapas aata hai (UPI → UPI, Card → Card)
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Bank holidays pe extra time lag sakta hai
6. Dispute Resolution
Agar aap refund decision se satisfied nahi hain:
- Pehle humse directly email pe baat karein
- Razorpay ke Dispute Resolution process bhi use kar sakte hain
- Hum hamesha fair resolution dhundhne ki koshish karte hain
